Return & Refund Policy

Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include packaging and accessories when applicable.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, final-sale, customized, or damaged-after-delivery reasons. Product-specific notes may apply.

How to request a return

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back according to the provided instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact support as soon as possible with photos, packaging details, and your order number so the issue can be reviewed.
